Domenick's love for food and his passion for abstract art make him a special culinary talent. All chefs are artists. They combine ingredients, arrange them on a plate and then present the dish to their guests. At mojo, he and his partner's restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, you savor his talents at the table, and between bites you experience his creations on the walls.

When Domenick opened his first restaurant 'The Little Rock Cafe' in 1984 he dabbled in mixed mediums on canvas and displayed his art on the walls. A client was interested in purchasing a piece while dinning one evening, although Domenick was reluctant to sell, this would  be his first art sale. 

Each new restaurant opening fed his desire to produce intriguing menus and abstract art.

To date Domenick continues to fulfill his passion to create interesting visual conversational art by creating commissioned pieces for clients, charity auctions and his restaurant's walls.
